✔ Browser type, operating system, pages visited, IP address, and analytics data (via Lucky Orange and other tracking tools).

Special requirements:

✔ Medical or accessibility information you choose to provide so we can safely deliver training.

When you complete mandatory pre-course workbooks or online learning, you may be directed to our training partner Allens Training Pty Ltd. Their separate privacy policy applies to those platforms.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Deliver training courses and issue nationally recognised certificates.
  • Meet our compliance obligations with the Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) and relevant training standards.

We may also collect non-identifiable analytics data to monitor website traffic, improve usability, and troubleshoot booking issues.
