Clear, direct teaching and felt confident after having this training. The teacher was encouraging and patient with the class. All materials that were provided for the class were in good condition and disinfected. Would recommend.

Great trainer and great way of running the course. The equipment supplied to complete the course was good (we had all we needed).

The online component was pretty good. Some parts, where you go to interact with the content, was better than the plain "death by PowerPoint" thing. But for the course I was doing, it was aimed at the right level needed.

One question on the exam gave me some issues, but that was due to me over thinking it.

Nicole did our practical session and she is amazing. She made it enjoyable and shared personal experiences that made it real. She also put claim on things to make sure it sinks in and I feel confident that I would be able to use what I learnt today.
