Our trainer was incredibly knowledgeable and engaging, and what really stood out was how generously she shared her years of industry experience and real-world insights throughout the session. Hi, I recently attended a manual handling course which covered the personal care side of moving people using hoisting methods and assisting people stand safely in the aged and disability care context. It was an easy and enjoyable experience. The course was simple to set up behind the scenes, and communication throughout was excellent. The online component was very informative and covered everything it needed to, while the in-person training was highly engaging and interactive.
