Mark was amazing, he made everything very easy to understand and made sure everyone felt comfortable with some humour , group participation so we felt like we knew each other. And demonstrated he definitely knows what he's teaching by recounting personal experiences. 11/10 !

Jasmine was an amazing trainer presented herself very professionally made sure that everyone had an understanding of what to and say in First aid situations I would highly recommend her as an educator for anyone looking to do this course. 10 out of 10 advice and I could tell she really has a passion about teaching first aid CPR thank you so much Jasmine!

Really enjoyed my first aid training - the information was delivered concisely but in a really clear manner, so it was easy to remember. Being introduced to, and understanding, the different pieces you would find in a first aid kit, was great, and being able to do some role plays of what to do in certain situations (for the remote first aid course) has definitely built my confidence of what to do in the event of an emergency when away.
